The only thing is that there is construction going on across from the hotel which you can definitely hear during the day.. but you shouldn’t be in the apartment during the day!

There was no nightstand to put glasses/belonging next to the bed. Also, no way of turning off the room lights by the bed so you have to be in the dark while walking to your bed.

Disappointed

Right next to a subway station and the Kyoto international manga museum. Washing machine in the room.

You could feel every single spring in the bed so it was uncomfortable to lay on. Other than a few convince stores there aren’t many food options nearby. The building right across the street was under construction so you would wake up to construction noise. Small tank of hot water so it’ll run out quite quickly

Near the Subway station and bus stop. Spacious room. Good and helpfull staffs.

Airconditioner not help to warm room. Inside room still cold and freezy wheter the aircon set for 30’C. Thats all.

Absolutely recommend this place, it feels like a little home away from home.

The self contained appartment was so convenient after travelling for a couple of weeks. There is a washing machine in the room, as well as a kitchen (just ask staff for kitchen equipment!). We were able to store our bags at the hotel pre and post check in. Staff were so friendly and happy to help. The bed is a fold out sofa and is a bit firm but very comfortable- we slept 5 nights on it with no complaints. The facilities were superbly clean and in excellent condition. There is even a little Hoover in the room if you want to do a quick tidy! Great location, a metro station at the end of the street.

Two night stay

The hostel is very near the subway of karasumaoike. The price is worth it for the size of the room perfect for couples, very clean and new facilities although slight feedback is the water heater in the shower room it easily gets hot and difficult to control, but other than that everything is convenient and comfortable. Would consider staying here again in the future.

Karasuma oike station about 100 metres away and even bus station. 20 minute walk to Gion. 15 min walk to Kawaramachi Shijo Dori. Big rooms.

The blanket was a bit small for 2 of us. No iron in the room. No cleaning.

Best hotels experience so far.

It was way much better than what we expected. It’s very much like a apartment which is more homy for us instead of a hotel. It’s so quiet and the bed was totally comfortable for us. Kettle, fridge, washing machine, hangers, balcony, TV, a proper table, 2 glasses 2 mugs, etc. everything we need. And metro just right outside the hotel. This hotel gave us a wonderful trip in Kyoto. Thank you very much. Wish to come Bach again very soon!

The staff is very friendly and helpful all the time.

The staff is very friendly and helpful all the time. The Apartment is (especially by Japanese standards) very huge. We loved our own kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and kettle. You can get kitchen utensils for free. We had an own table with two chairs so we were able to work and eat there. It really felt like having your own flat. And we rent every day bicycles for 1.000 ¥. We loved the freedom by riding bicycles and discovering Kyoto.

Cómodo, pero no fue lo que me esperaba...

Sin lugar a dudas, la ubicación del hotel es excepcional. Está tanto cerca de la estación de Kyoto como del centro, y a menos de un minuto de la parada de metro. El vecindario es tranquilo y la habitación es espaciosa. Y, además, el internet iba de perlas.

Aunque en general la estancia estuvo bien, hubo dos cosas en particular que a mí no me gustaron: La primera de ellas es que el lugar en sí no es un hotel. Más bien es un edificio de apartamentos individuales reconvertido en un aparthotel, con lo que esto implica: una casa entera para ti solo, pero sin poder estar en ella el tiempo suficiente como para hacerla tuya. Aunque debo reconocer que descansé bien e igualmente entiendo que haya gente a la que le resulte cómodo este tipo de sitios, no estaría de más que el alojamiento se anunciara por lo que es y ofreciera un poco más de servicios sin el coste adicional que ahora mismo tienen. La segunda de ellas tiene que ver con la atención recibida. Aunque en un principio reservé por cuatro noches, por culpa de un tifón tuve que atrasar inevitablemente mi vuelo un día, pues el tifón afectó directamente al Aeropuerto Internacional de Kansai, dejándolo absolutamente inoperante. Obviamente, se lo notifiqué al alojamiento, sin que en ningún momento me comentaran nada respecto al precio, a pesar de ser la causa de todo ello un tifón. Esto no me hubiera molestado tanto si no fuera porque yo venía de Sapporo. Pues aunque no hubiera habido un tifón de por medio, por culpa de un seísmo del que estoy ciertamente seguro del que la recepción del alojamiento debía tener pleno conocimiento, tampoco me hubiera sido posible hospedarme el día que tenía previsto en un principio en mi reserva, dado que todo Hokkaido quedó sin luz y colapsado durante casi dos días (vuelos incluidos). Sin embargo, aun dejando constancia clara en la recepción que venía de Sapporo, la persona que me atendió (parecía el responsable) ni se inmutó. Cogió y me plantó delante una factura con el precio inicial de la habitación. A pesar de todo ello, no me quise discutir. Ya estaba suficientemente estresado y cansado por el seísmo. Aunque la diferencia en el precio no era tanta, la falta de tacto en casos así me parece algo de muy mal gusto.

Nos engañaron, no es hotel, no tiene cama, solo sofá y no andaba internet.

Nada en especial. Nos estafaron. No tenía cama!!! Solo sofá que tuvimos que armarlo!!!. Ducha muy incómoda mal instalada. Eso no es un hotel como nos vendieron, nos engañaron, y carísimo!!!. Encima no les funcionaba internet en la habitación, molestaron trabajando durante la noche y no anduvo. Pedimos descuento y no nos reconocieron, dijeron que ofrecieron cambiarnos de cuarto lo que es una mentira absoluta. Esperamos la devolución del dinero por favor, sean honestos!.

Le RDC plutôt agréable et accueillant.

La tristesse des lieux. Vis à vis très proche et environnement très laid. Le couloir comme dans une prison. Aucun charme dans les chambres, aucune déco. Pas envie de rester dans la chambre.
